Planning application 16/02991/FUL – 18 Crownfields, Odiham, Hook, Hampshire RG29 1PL.
On Wednesday 8 February at Hart DC’s Planning Committee meeting, Hart Cllrs discussed the above mentioned planning application for the erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings. The committee was concerned about both the actual building proposed and the impact on parking in Crownfields.
Cllr Faulkner spoke on behalf of OPC to object to the application along with a local resident, who also gave a strong representation against the plans. District Cllr Gorys phrased the community’s concerns very succinctly and his proposal to refuse the application was carried by a strong majority.
