Odiham Parish Council provides directly some basic services for the residents. These include play areas, the recreation ground, the cemetery and the public toilets. The Council owns and manages some community assets and amenities, for example an area of the Firs and Colt Hill. We are also a statutory consultee on planning applications. The Council must provide Hart District Council with an opinion which reflects the resident’s views on all planning applications.

The Council works with other authorities on the provision of service and amenities such as traffic management, parking, street cleaning, street lighting and Odiham and Broad Oak common. Please see below for examples of responsibilities.
