Update from Hart DC on 30 Jan 2018 regarding a temporary road closure of Elvetham Road, Fleet
As part of Operation Resilience, Hampshire CC’s programme to make Hampshire’s roads more resilient to the effects of extreme weather, carriageway resurfacing works will take place on Elvetham Road from the junction with Church Road to the Reading Road North roundabout. The carriageway resurfacing works are programmed to start Tuesday 6 February 2018 and are expected to last for 4 days, during which time the road will be closed to vehicular traffic.
The road will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 09.30-16.00 and a signed diversion will be in place which will utilize the east end of Elvetham Road, Fleet Road and Reading Road North. During this closure access to the Hospital and Medical Centre will be signed and always available.

Update from Hart DC on 22 January 2018 regarding a temporary road closure on Thackham’s Lane, Hartley Wintney.
Thackham’s Lane will be closed for works on behalf of Southern Gas Networks from 29 January 2018 for approximately 3 to 4 days.
A THACKHAMS LANE – diversion route will be in place.

Update from Hart DC on 30 January 2018 regardinf a temporary road closure on Bottle Lane, Mattingley.
Bottle Lane will be closed for new connection works on behalf of South East Water from 14 February 2018 for approximately 3 to 4 days. A BOTTLE LANE – diversion will be in place. If you have any queries please contact South East Water direct on 0333 000 0002.
Update from Hart DC on 9 Jan 2018 regarding a temporary road closure on Gordon Avenue, Church Crookham.
As part of the programme of works being undertaken by Operation Resilience, Hampshire CC will shortly begin drainage improvement works in Gordon Avenue, Church Crookham, between Gravel Road / Corringway and Hamilton Road.The works are programmed to start on Monday 22 Jan 2018 and are expected to last for 1 week, during which time the carriage way will be closed to through traffic. Due to the unavoidable disruption that this is likely to cause local traffic, a signed diversion will be in place, which will utilise Corringway, Madeley Road and Hamilton Road. Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the works and residential vehicular access will be permitted to properties where safe to do so.

Update from Hart DC on 8 Jan 2018 regarding a temporary road closure at Pilcot Lane, Crookham Village.
Pilcot Lane will be closed for gas main installation works on behalf of Southern Gas Networks from 9 Jan 2018 for approximately 2 months.
UPDATE from South East Water on 16 October 2017
Regarding South East Water’s planned work to lay a new water main along Odiham Road and Upper Hale Road. SE water are currently working to finalise the reinstatement of the local area once the new pipeline has been laid and no decision will be made on this project until all the relevant permissions are in place. As a result, they do not expect to start the first 5-day section of the project on Monday 23 October. Update from South East Water on 14 November 2017 South East Water advise that due to unforeseen circumstances this scheme is now delayed and work is now expected to start on this project in summer 2018 with the project expected to finish approximately at the end of December 2018.

Operation Resilience – HR603 Connaught Road, Fleet -Drainage Works
The resource allocated to the drainage works in Connaught Road, have been delayed on their current site and will not be able to start on the date previously notified. Due to the impact this will have on the works programme, it is not currently possible to confirm a revised start date for this work, but it is anticipated that this work will be reprogrammed for later in the year.
Update 30 August from SE Water
Water main replacement in Alton Road (A31), Farnham.
SE water will be replacing a vulnerable section of old unreliable water main which will take place just west of the entrance with Trout Farm and will continue along the A31 Alton Road. To allow this work to be carried out safely temporary alternating lane closures and a reduced speed limit will be in place. Work is due to start on Tuesday 29 August 2017 and the project is expected to last approximately 11 weeks, finishing early November 2017.
Update 8 August 2017 from SE Water
Odiham Road has been re-opened to traffic six weeks ahead of schedule. SE Water would like to thank local residents, businesses and motorists for their patience while this important project took place. The new pipe is now in operation.
